..saying you could do it better?

I agree the national anthem is a huge deal. What I don't agree with is how many people are hating on Christina Aguilera for making a mistake.

The lyric was suposed to be, "O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming"

She obviously was nervous, because as the world has now heard, she sang, "What so proudly we watched at the twilight's last reaming"

First of all, atleast she sang it live! Secondly, she just proved to us that she is human, too. We all make mistakes people! Yes, hers may have been a little dissappointing because it was the national anthem, but cut her some slack--she was in front of millions of people!

I don't even care for her music that much. I just don't like it when we all think we have the right to sit and talk shit, as if we could do it better. I mean if you could, then do it! If not, don't talk shit. It was an honest mistake and I feel that she patched it up pretty well....

Besides, think about what she must be going through...She most likely already feels like shit, she dissappointed herself and now she has to go do all these interviews to express how upset she is and apologize over and over. She may even have her career on the line..... I'm sure she went in excited and thought this was going to be huge and blah blah blah and now? It's nightmare that came true for any singer/live performer.... So try to be human yourself realize this could have happend to anyone, and stop being such gossip queens!
