I have been itching to write a blog about my wedding ever since the day I got proposed to. If you're into reading about other people and their love story, you're in for a treat. The Proposal One regular ol' Sunday afternoon in May of 2014, I had just gotten off my hectic morning shift from the restaurant, Mimi's Cafe , at the St. John's Town Center. This place is known for brunch, and Sunday mornings are indeed the busiest of the week. Servers make anywhere from $100-$250 during a 6-7 hour shift on these mornings.
